What LayerAI is

LayerAI is a browser-based AI image layer tool, available at imagelayer.im. It takes one flat JPG, PNG or WebP image and generates separate transparent PNG layers from the visible content, so you can move, crop, hide or replace individual parts and export the result as a layered PSD or a ZIP of PNG layers.

What it is good for

• Reworking posters, ads and social graphics without rebuilding them from scratch.
• Separating the subject, foreground details and background of a product photo.
• Turning a flat AI-generated image into pieces you can edit in Photoshop or another editor.

What it cannot do

Layer separation is an estimate built from the pixels you provide. Areas hidden behind objects are not recovered, original design layers, masks and live text are not restored, and objects that overlap or blend into the background can end up on the same layer. Review each result before you use it.

How your images are handled

Uploaded images are used to generate the layers. Signed-in users can keep results in their history for 30 days and delete them at any time; without an account, results stay only in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
