2. Uploaded Images and Results — Images you upload to split into layers and, for signed-in users, the layers generated from them.
3. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
4. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
5. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
6. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Images and Results

When you split an image, the file you upload is sent to the AI model providers we use only to generate the layers. How long results are kept depends on whether you are signed in:

• Signed in: the original image and each generated layer are saved to your account's history in cloud object storage for 30 days, so you can reopen, export or delete them. You can delete any item at any time from the History page; deleting removes the stored files. Items older than 30 days are no longer shown and their stored files are deleted.
• Not signed in: results are kept only in your browser on your device. You can clear them at any time from the editor.

Your images are not used to train models by us, are not shared publicly, and are only accessible to your account. Layers are AI estimates generated from the visible pixels of the image you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
