## Plans and credit costs

Credit cost: an image split uses 2 credits, a background removal uses 1 credit, exports are free.

One-time credit packs:
- Starter: $9 for 150 credits, valid 30 days
- Pro: $19 for 400 credits, valid 60 days
- Studio: $49 for 1,200 credits, valid 90 days

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly, cancel any time):
- Starter: $12/month for 300 credits each month, or $120/year for 3,600 credits upfront
- Pro: $29/month for 800 credits each month, or $288/year for 9,600 credits upfront
- Studio: $79/month for 2,400 credits each month, or $780/year for 28,800 credits upfront

## What does one image split cost?

- Split an image into layers: 2 credits (One image, up to 9 transparent layers)
- Remove a layer's background: 1 credit (One layer at a time)
- Export PSD or PNG ZIP: Free (Included with every pack)

Layers are AI-generated estimates built from the visible pixels. Areas hidden behind objects are not recovered, so review each result before you use it.

## Questions about credits

### How do credits work?

Subscribe for credits that refresh every month or year, or buy a one-time pack. A split uses 2 credits and a background removal uses 1 credit. Credits are deducted when the result is ready.

### Do credits expire?

One-time packs are valid for 30, 60 or 90 days from purchase. Monthly plan credits refresh each month and unused ones do not roll over. Yearly plan credits arrive upfront and stay valid for 12 months.

### What if a split fails?

If a split fails or is blocked, the credits reserved for it go back to your balance. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.

### Which images work best?

JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Clear subjects on distinct backgrounds split best. Objects that overlap or blend into the background can end up on the same layer.

### How long are my results kept?

Results from signed-in sessions are saved to your history for 30 days and can be deleted at any time. Without an account they stay only in your browser.

### Do I need an account?

Yes. Upload and preview work without one, but a split or background removal needs a signed-in account with enough credits. New accounts can try it free on their own image.

### Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Credits already granted stay available until they expire; the plan simply does not renew.

### Subscription or one-time pack?

Subscriptions cost less per credit and suit regular work. Packs suit occasional projects: buy once, use whenever you need within the validity period.
